I went in at 7:57 pm to purchase some Arizona Teas that was on sell for 3 for $2. Jane with the reddish colored hair at the time she may have changed the color now but she had her badge turned around backwards and she was a short lady Tyler the manager on duty let me know her name when I called he asked me to describe her to him so I did just like that because I explained the bad customer service skills more in detail to him. Jane waited on me and she did not have good customer service skills at all it was really bad. The store manager really should have contacted me the next day I really do not understand how he or she got that store manager position they not following up on important situations.Tyler he said he would give the message to the store manager when he comes in the next morning. I should have been contacted Tyler said he was putting the message right on the store manager desk and he said he was coming in the next day and he would also mention it to the store manager in person as well. I have not heard from the store manage yet. This is really sad because this has been over a month so I said this need to be put on as a review this is sad to have not received a call yet from a store manager in reference to this situation. This may not be important to him or her but it’s important to me.

Pharmacy drive through attendant had absolutely no business with her position there. She had no concern about customers and whether or not they got there prescriptions. As well as being extremely rude 1/10 would not recommend this Walgreens for your pharmaceuticals.

I’ve never known a slower pharmacy in my life. They literally take HOURS to fill simple single prescriptions. Today my dentist sent in a prescription for a tube of prescription TOOTHPASTE and now over FOUR HOURS later it’s still not ready and they’re about to close!! A tube of toothpaste! There’s no counting, just making a label and putting it in a bag! Sad sad sad. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ll be going elsewhere for sure. This is beyond normal!!! Update: Well the pharmacy closes at 7:00pm, I got notified at 6:59pm that my tube of toothpaste is ready for pickup. Gee thanks. No rush people!! It was sent in at 2:15pm, ready at 6:59pm. Pitiful. This happened with my last prescription, slow slow slow. Don’t use this pharmacy, trust me!

I am an RN of 49 years and I still work full time. I called for a refill on one of my maintenance meds yesterday. First, they didn't want to fill it because insurance wouldn't pay for it. It is less than $20, and I have no problem paying for it. I had to tell the young lady twice I would pay for it. They did refill it and I received a text saying so.
I don't get home until after they close and the text offered a delivery option. I followed the link and set up the delivery, paid for the script and delivery fee plus a nice tip for the delivery driver. When I arrived home, no meds. I called this morning (from work) and was put on hold 4 times, had to call back and put on hold 2 more times. The young man I spoke with did not listen to what I was saying and interrupted me more than once to tell me I could pick up the medicine. I was trying to explain I had paid for the delivery. When I finally got him to understand the situation, he said they don't do delivery and I hadn't paid for anything. I must say I try to cut other medical folks some slack because I know how busy it can be, but why offer delivery if you don't do delivery. I feel they could have called me yesterday to let me know. The delivery service was offered to me by Walgreen's, but according to this fellow they don't do it. Very confusing and inconvenient. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and put you on hold for extremely long times. Not open on weekends and closes at 6. Hard to pick up anything if you work.

Bridgeville is horrible! Seaford is much better. Never have any issues. Unfortunately it's easy to get medication for my dog at the vet than from bridgeville walgreens.

Horrible customer service, Waiting 45 mins in the drive thru to get meds that they never had ready. Even though refills where days ago. I cringe Everytime I have to come here
