Always run out of chocolate chips cookies. They have these cookies with white cream now, they’re just nasty.

No offense to those who are actually doing their job right here but to the worker who can’t make the food right and complains about their job in the process needs to be fired. This isn’t the first time they have messed up but I thought maybe it was a off day but no they either complain about making a smoothie on a cold day or they put all the wrong toppings on ur order. So if u think about going to Bridgeville Wawa for food I would rather use the extra gas to go to Seaford Wawa for my order to be made properly.

10 pm on a Thursday night 12-19-24. Place was packed. 3 staff members on duty did an amazing job at preparing food. Work ethic was amazing. Hope these 3 employees are recognized for the hard work I saw them putting in tonight.

I usually never have a bad experience with wawas however tonight there was an elderly lady with a ravens hat making my smoothie at around 9 o clock. As she hands me it with a visible attitude she is complaining about how many smoothies she has made and that she has been there since 2 o’clock. She then proceeds to tell me how full of sugar they are, that it’s “their body not hers!” And overall was extremely disrespectful and rude for no reason when I had not said a word to this woman leading up to this point. I seriously hope management looks into this, it was very uncalled for, I will stick to the Seaford location.

Ordered 2 bagels with extra cream cheese. We got 2 that had hardly any cream cheese on it. This wawa is going down hill with quality this is not the 1st time foods been messed up and lacking.

The Wawa here in Bridgeville is a great place. The food is what you ordered and good. The service is great everybody is friendly. Shelves are all stocked and everything. The gas pumps always have things to wash your windows and paper towels! it's perfect
The total opposite of the Royal Farms across the street

So bad. So so bad. Drive past this one and wait for the next. This food is so nasty I want to go back and throw it and demand my money. All that talking joking and laughing with folks hanging around must have distracted them from actually doing the job. I am surprised that this burger and fries is so bad. It's not like I order a gourmet meal. Sheesh! SMH. I see other reviews saying this Wawa is bad. Never again.

This new afternoon/2nd shift is terrible. I ordered an Italian. I guessing while I was paying someone snatched my order. I waited 20mins before asking if my order is ready. The worker said I already called that number out. She proceeded to make a replacement but it was wrong. She attempted a third time and slammed the hoagies on the counter. Order still was wrong, after 30mins I was late for my own job got my refund and will avoid this going here between 5pm-10pm. The chaos and nonsense with these new hires is crazy I was droppin F bombs like I was in Philly ridiculous.

I have enjoyed several other Wawa locations for my entire life of 50 years. Today, I went into the store and ordered a salad, dressing on the side, and also purchased 2 drinks. My salad took forever to be made (at one point I watched her drop half of my salad on the food prep board, then she scooped it up and put it back in the container). When she brought the salad and 3 sides of dressing to the counter, I asked for a bag. She proceeded to pull out a tiny plastic bag that would have barely held the salad, let alone the dressings, utensils, napkins, and 2 drinks. I asked for a paper bag like I saw other orders being put into. I was told I had to get that from the front. I waited in line behind 3 people, only to be told they couldn't give me a paper bag. I had to carry everything to my car in my hands, put my food and drinks on the hood to open my door (at which time my receipt blew away). When I called corporate to complain, she said she would pass the complaint along to the store management team, but typically the paper bags are reserved for mobile orders. What makes the money from a mobile order better than the money from a walk-in order?? I will be going to their closest competitor (Royal Farms) when in this area. Also, now that I've typed this review and am finally ready to eat, I see that my cucumbers look like they were partially frozen, so I can't even say "at least the food here is as good as other locations". They are giving my beloved Wawa a VERY bad name.

I love hit and run places. You fill up your car, get a gallon of water, stuffed pretzels with cream cheese, snacks for the casino, and your out. I bet it took maybe 10 minutes on the way to the Ferry. Pretzels were fresh and hot…Bonus!
