I have enjoyed several other Wawa locations for my entire life of 50 years. Today, I went into the store and ordered a salad, dressing on the side, and also purchased 2 drinks. My salad took forever to be made (at one point I watched her drop half of my salad on the food prep board, then she scooped it up and put it back in the container). When she brought the salad and 3 sides of dressing to the counter, I asked for a bag. She proceeded to pull out a tiny plastic bag that would have barely held the salad, let alone the dressings, utensils, napkins, and 2 drinks. I asked for a paper bag like I saw other orders being put into. I was told I had to get that from the front. I waited in line behind 3 people, only to be told they couldn't give me a paper bag. I had to carry everything to my car in my hands, put my food and drinks on the hood to open my door (at which time my receipt blew away). When I called corporate to complain, she said she would pass the complaint along to the store management team, but typically the paper bags are reserved for mobile orders. What makes the money from a mobile order better than the money from a walk-in order?? I will be going to their closest competitor (Royal Farms) when in this area. Also, now that I've typed this review and am finally ready to eat, I see that my cucumbers look like they were partially frozen, so I can't even say "at least the food here is as good as other locations". They are giving my beloved Wawa a VERY bad name.

I love hit and run places. You fill up your car, get a gallon of water, stuffed pretzels with cream cheese, snacks for the casino, and your out. I bet it took maybe 10 minutes on the way to the Ferry. Pretzels were fresh and hot…Bonus!

Used to be my all time favorite store ever. I'd be in there 3 or 4 times a day. Every employee knew me by name and likewise...Last time i went in there I had $13 taken from my account, had to pay $13 more for what I wanted, so $26....and I never got my money back as they promised. I hate being stolen from and wawa did exactly that.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location but it has definitely changed in the past few months. This is the second time I've had an issue with food from there, after the first time I thought maybe they where having an off day but nope. This is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich it appears when you order it on the kiosk that it's a seasoned spicy chicken sandwich not a regular chicken pattie with old Bay on the mayo with pickles on top of that. This sandwich was $6 and I can get better quickly chicken patties from the freezer section at the grocery store. Store definitely isn't as clean as it once was and workers are not very pleasent to deal with. I would skip this Wawa if possible. Probably would be ok if you only need gas and a cold drinking. They definitely won't have hot food in the grab and go.

Manager behind deli was rude to a customer. She was just down right nasty. The customer asked for another scoop of gravy, even offered to pay extra. The cashier was pleasant. Probably not stopping at this one again. Ruined the whole atmosphere.

Of all the Wawas I've been to this particular location is very run down and needs some spit and polish. Gloomy atmosphere. Bathroom needs cleaning, windows cleaned, floors too... Associates very polite, but a store I'd visit again only in desperation.

Food always done fast and half the time missing ingredients that were paid for. Ordered toasted pepperoni classic with bacon(paid extra for the bacon), got home to find no bacon OR marinara sauce! Also seems suspiciously under toasted. Some of the employees behind the deli counter don't care and it shows, reflects poorly on the employees who want to do a good job. I stop at wawa when I don't have time to make dinner, I shouldn't have to police everything in my order when it produces an actual list of the ingredients.

Probably one of the better wawa in the area and they donate to local food bank so kudos!

Visited this location Sat 6/25/22 around 11, Visited this location Sat 6/25/22 around 11/11:30pm for my initial order & visited the Bridgeville location hoping to rectify the issue at approx 12am Sun 6/26/22 and ordered a Mac n cheese bowl (Mac n mashed on bottom and chicken strips on top with corn bread and bbq dip on the side)I was traveling to Baltimore, so I decided to pick up food on the way down my route.(My route began in Millsboro,De)I didn't open the food until I was in Seaford, which is when I see bbq sauce splattered all across the top, saturating both the chicken strips and Mac n mashed potatoes... I'm big on my food not touching, especially with condiments. & even with wiping off what was covered I still couldn't tolerate the taste, nor the fact that about 25% or more of my food had to be wasted without compensation of some kind, or just simply having my order made as requested. So I stop to the next nearest Wawa, hoping they're nice enough to fix the mistake their fellow store made, as I'm not from the area, and heading the opposite direction of the original storeBut unfortunately without even attempting to verify my order (bc I had the receipt in my hand)The woman proceeds to hardly listen to my issue and walks to her GM and then walked back to me saying they couldn't fix the order , and she advised that I return to the original store, in her words "it's not that far away"Now I'm not one to make a big deal out of nothing, but I hadn't ate all day, and the original store messed up my order and all I wanted was for my order to be made as it should have been, and being the fact that I've worked for Wawa before, I assumed they wouldn't have a problem fixing the issue especially since it was the same store name, just a different location.& Being the fact that I'm traveling and couldn't afford to circle back, I was terribly offended when the woman suggested I simply return to the original store as though this wasn't a further inconvenienceAs for both stores I'm very dissatisfied with the service, there was definitely something within their power they could of done to ensure the food was made properly to order (Millsboro Store) & when presented with the situation (Wawa in Bridgeville) definitely could of done something to better ease & accommodate the situation. & especially being a prior Wawa employee and ALWAYS putting the needs of customers first I'm very unhappy with my service and experience today.Experiences like this make me never want to visit another Wawa again..I
