The doctor, think she was a doctor she didn’t say, was nice enough, but she really didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic about doing much. She acted like she was afraid of me.

They don’t answer the phone. Spent 2 hours there yesterday and was the only patient. Continuous misdiagnosis would give zero stars

went here a few days ago , waited forever just to be seen and when i was they said all i had was a sore throat and sent me home with nothing but a paper giving me at home remedies, went to the walk in down the street a few days later and turns out i had a ear infection the whole time.. worst place to go to you wait forever just to be given the wrong treatment, they should be shut down at this point.

In and out, my son needed antibiotics for his knee (fish wound); the doctor made him at eaelse and explained our options. Highly recommend, I'm going in the morning for myself!

I went in on Tuesday January 4th, 2022 after having an exposure to Covid. I wasn't feeling the best either, I'm immune comprised also. The staff at the front desk was nice, but the PA Patrick wasn't. First off he came into the room with someone else's chart, and I could see all the patient’s info. Which is a Hippa violation. I could hear the staff, say I had them all in order. He then finally came into the room, he was judging me about my handwriting. I know I don't have the best, and it's worse when I'm not feeling well. He was telling me my blood pressure was high, which it isn't. I check it all the time, he said well it was inaccurate. And then told me to be quiet, which was rude when I was explaining what happens when I'm sick. He was very dismissive of me after that. He did the Covid-19 test, and diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection. And prescribed some medicine.

I’m currently sitting in the waiting room, and I’ve been waiting for ALMOST 2 HOURS!!! Haven’t been seen yet, a woman came in about 40 minutes after me, and she said she had a concert to go to, so they immediately took her back. Even though I’ve been waiting almost 90 minutes longer. This place is absolutely ridiculously slow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming here. This place is terrible. They’re now turning people away. This is incredibly unprofessional.

I don’t often get sick and the last time I was here, it was called something else, but then I seen the reviews and they weren’t that great, so I thought… “Should I give it a try or go somewhere else?” Because this facility is near by and I have always had a good experience, I gave it a shot. The lady at the front greeted me, ask me “How can she help?” I gave her the run down and she collected my info and gathered the paperwork for me to fill out and just like that, I was on my way to see the Physician Assistant. He was great too! He took a personal interest in me, we talked about our families and after my assessment, I was out the door with my prescription called in at my local pharmacy ready for pickup. I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience and wanted to take the time to share mine. Thank you :)

I went to this walk in on 4/19/2021 for a hand injury. I did not have a long wait time at all! Every single staff member, that I came in contact with, was very friendly!! Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about my injury, and took great care of me!! The x-ray technician was amazing!!! He made me feel so welcome and made sure everything ran smoothly. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!!!!!

I love this place… they are always quick, and helpful. They listen to what my needs are and genuinely care. I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t know why people give them bad reviews. They must be getting them mixed up with the place across the street. *side note…. I have fluid in my ear and a sinus infection. The doctor did not let me know he changed his mind about giving me an antibiotic because I had been on some for pneumonia the week before. No call or anything so I called them and was finally told. That’s very unprofessional to not say anything. Now I’m miserable with a sinus infection and ear infection.

They are so slow!! i got here and checked in by 1230pm. it took 30 minutes for me to get to the back. the nurse told me it would be 20-30 minutes just because one or two patients were in front of me. I sat for over 50 minutes waited to be seen. I highly do not recommend
