I know everyone seems to have negative opinions about greatclips, especially when it comes to multicultural hair.
I am happy to report that my girls had a great experience. They walked out with more confidence that i had ever seen. Pam and Connie did a wonderful job ❤️❤️

“ Hair trim”Absolutely destroyed my hair. I had hair almost down to my butt and I asked for 3in off the back and about two off the front since there was a slight angle cut. The back of my hair is now shorter than my front in chunks because they used all of my hair together pulled up like a troll doll and just started cutting. Literally the worst hair cut I’ve had in my life. I tipped and left without actually being able to look at the back. I feel hideous having to have my hair up in a bun all day because I’m military, I only get to see it later on in the day. The service was friendly but I could’ve cut my hair better than this. Heck, my little brother could’ve. Now my hair is in shambles. I wish I could include pictures/video proof. I will never return. Again, lady was nice but the cut was Not so Great Clips

Stopped in while here on vacation for a hair cut and was greeting by Tori! She did a phenomenal job and spent more time and attention to detail than any hair stylist I have seen in years! She was super friendly while being focused and professional! Thank you Tori!! You are awesome!

My stylist did an excellent job giving me the exact haircut I asked for. Other places turned me away because they were afraid to cut 12 inches off my hair.

I had to come here to get a haircut because the place on Dover Air Force base is low manned so it was impossible to get a hair cut to get me in regs for an event. So I had to come here a few times and I had 2 people here who cut my hair and it felt like they didn’t care and they were just trying to get to the next customer both times I wasn’t to happy with my hair cut and really wasn’t in regs. But this last time I went I had Miss Ocean and I can’t explain how great she did. It felt like she actually cared about what she was doing and the job she did was so good. I strongly urge and recommend people from the base to request her.

I always go to great clips at 121 Rd 4 Ste 2, Camden, DE 19934. Each time I go there I feel good about my hair cut except for the last time , the day before the Christmas. I went there and unfortunately a man served me. I was in hurry so I agreed and didn’t wait for the others ladies I know.
I hair cut was very bad, he didn’t spend 5 minutes with me, he did do what I want and I looked like as if I didn’t have a haircut. My hair is not even from the sides and back .
I am not satisfied at all with this man and will never let him serve me . Even my boys were not happy with him .

The gentleman at this location named Charlie is RUDE! He is rude to adults, he is rude to children and anyone in between. The lack of customer service skills is astonishing.
