“I was in early this morning to get a utility cabinet. When I got it home and unpacked I found a forklift had been run through it a few times. Shame on me for not checking the box. My bad. I took the severely damaged panel and was greeted by Niles who promptly jumped into action and called a supervisor to assist us. Along comes Jackie who gave me some options. One I chose was to do a return, buy a new one and just get the panel out of that one and leave the rest as my return. But, they didn't have another. But, the Camden store 7 miles away had six. She called ahead and I headed there. Sidebar, the Camden store is a crap hole with crappier management. Thanks for nothing Deanna, you are a crappy manager that knows zero about customer service. Went back to Dover and Jackie ordered me another cabinet and we will do the door trad when it comes in. Jackie and Niles are the bomb !!!”

“I had a great experience today at the Camden Lowe's. I went in because I was going to have some work done in my home. Joe from flooring spent a good 45 minutes helping me pick out flooring, giving me samples to bring home, and comparing prices. He also helped me with tiles for the back splashes for kitchen and bathroom and shades for my windows, giving me an idea of how much all was going to cost. He was very informative and nice about all my questions (I had alot). I am very appreciative of his help as this is my first time doing all this on my own. Thank you, Joe”
