Went in to buy a weed trimmer. In store, we met a Lowe's associate named Steven who was tremendously helpful. No pressure to buy the most expensive. Laid out pros and cons of all available trimmers. We ultimately chose one he recommended.

We visited the store today. We needed wood cut. The associate named Ty was very happy to helpful. He even entertained our two kids which was greatly needed for our youngest that was losing her patience. Thank you for being you, Ty. Someone give him a raise.
