“This is absolutely the BEST liquor store! I have been going to this store since I moved to DE almost 8 years ago and have never once had a negative experience. The owners and every single member of staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly and polite, and will definitely go above and beyond for their customers. They even always have 2 lollipops ready for my kids, even if they aren’t with me! ?”

“First time visiting. I pass this place on my way home from work throughout the week and done so for years. Quite impressed with the selection. To be noted this location has truly maximized every square foot to stock as much inventory as possible. Very flexible hours. To visit on my way home on a Saturday morning after errands is a huge plus. The pricing is fair and competitive in comparison to other liquor stores. The aisles are well spaced and the parking lot was easy to navigate. A solid experience and will visit again.”

“Great customer service. When I've gone in to buy wine for gifts, as a tea-tottler I am clueless and way out of my element. The gentleman behind the counter has always taken me to the wine section to point out what he feels would be good options for the amount I wish to spend and given good advice when I'veasked questions. I like that he doesn't try to upsell me or pick the bottle that's at the top-most end of my price range. I appreciate that a lot and as a customer, I feel respected for my patronage and that I'm not seen as just another sale for the till.”
“I love this place the cashier is a riot, I absolutely love her energy. She recommended this drink called Kamora, it's so good. I'm not a really big drinker but when I do like to have something I am very picky about what I like. I told my husband that I used to drink mudslides, they used to sell them in four packs and that was my favorite. Well I am so happy he asked or the cashier just recommended this Kamora because sweetie I am Sold. I want to make some cupcakes with this and I will share them with her. She is amazing. “For years I shopped at Empire's Middletown store. After moving I was glad to find this one in nearby Frederica. Both stores have very good prices, selections, and friendly staffs. I wish they had a website, where one could order and pay online, and have my purchase loaded in my car when I arrived for pickup.”

“The owners of the place are the only people that work the stores. I say stores because in the same building they have a little market that has a little bit of everything including a deli and grill. Except for gas they have just about anything you could want. As far as the liquer store goes , its an old building so its kinda run down but jist like the store they have just about everything. All jamed in a little 300 sq ft store. So it might feel a bit tight . The owner paul is very helpful and a rather cool guy. Well worth stopping in To see him. .”

“Stop in to try out the new Pizza place in Nick's. They were going to open in the old Faulkner Store but the owner of the property screwed the new renter Royal. Took him to the cleaners and don't plan on reimbursing him for the remodel of the business.”
