Shelves were empty like you are going out of business. What was on the shelf was chained to the shelves. Prices are almost double your competitors. The cashier was friendly and not her fault she is working at what looks like a sinking ship.

I made an appointment online to get a Varicella vaccine but when I went in they didn't have it in stock. Waste of time and gas!
Don't offer vaccines online if you don't have them in store!

I have been a Rite Aid Customer and joined the rewards program when I lived in NYC in the 80’s & 90’s. Always found what I needed then and even now that I live in Delaware 2024.

They called me and told me a prescription was ready. I go over to get it this morning and the “woman” in the drive thru line pretends she can’t hear me or find my prescription. I then try to speak loud enough for her to hear me and she responds “you don’t have to yell at me” wow I guess professionalism don’t exist here. Let’s not try to figure out where my prescription is since it obviously was there when they called to tell me to pick it up. Thanks though for wasting my time and gas. I guess I will have the Dr office call it in to an actual pharmacy like Walgreens and pick it up from there. I would think Rite Aid would be concerned how a prescription would just disappear but I guess not.
