DO NOT COME HERE. Pharmacy staff (except for the woman on the register) was extremely condescending and rude, and they refused to administer the shot I came in for.

The hours they are open are insane. They close when people are getting off work so usually can’t get Rx until the weekend. When I do get it have to make sure it’s the right medication and the amount is right. Most the time they don’t have the medication and give you a partial. Like I want to keep coming back to get one Rx my time is just as important. Gas prices aren’t cheap so yes it’s a problem.

The manager went out of her way and spent an hour doing photos with me for my brothers funeral. It was the most comforting feeling to know there are still good people. Thank you.

Her meds ..our meds..all meds are prescribed by doctors if they feel are necessary. Your job is to fill it n ..Not judge

Received text @ 2:30, 4 prescriptions are ready. 4 pm husband went to pick up. After 20 min. In line he was told 2 were not ready. This drug store has about the worst service ever. Just got out of major surgery, script was sent yesterday guess I'm supposed to just be in pain with infection and just die!

Never use the Camden, DE Walgreens pharmacy. Straight incompetence. I’ve overlooked their short hours and “lunch break” shutting down each afternoon. Multiple times they’ve been cash only. I’ve overlooked that. Long lines (an hour wait in the drive thru and behind 12 people inside). But today takes the cake. It has taken them 6 hours to refill a simple antibiotic. I’ve called multiple times. And I believe the only reason it’s finally being refilled is because I called so often. Otherwise I don’t think it would have been refilled. Sent over around 9:30 and not refilled until 3:30 and they close at 6. I suppose it takes them all day to refill prescriptions and that’s why their lines are miles long come 5 when everyone scrambles to pick up before they close at 6. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else but here.

The pharmacy employees are very rude. They make you feel like your bothering them. I waited at the drive thru for 40 minutes. When I got ready to leave I had to say thank you 3 times with no response. I will be changing pharmacies.

I went to Walgreens in Camden yesterday to pick up at home COVID tests. I told the person at the counter that there is a program in which Medicare recipients are eligible for free tests every month. She was unaware of the program, and was going to just hand me a box. I told her it is a specific number of tests per month, so someone came to help her, which is fine. I didn’t get the impression that she was knowledgeable about this, either. The person who originally helped me looked my account up, and was able to place an order. Fine. In the meantime, a woman came up for help, and the second woman who had come from the back to help me was “assisting” her. The customer was obviously involved in a difficult situation at home-at one point, was on the phone, suggesting that the person on the other end call 911. At one point she asked the woman helping her to stop rolling her eyes. The employee loudly said she was unable to help the customer, as she was on the phone. She proceeded to sigh loudly as she waited. As I was leaving, she shouted to back that they should send a man (whose name escapes me) out to assist, as he is a “people person”. This employee’s behavior was unacceptable. She was on the verge of being rude to me, and it definitely escalated while helping the other customer. She should not work in any sort of a customer service position. Oftentimes, people visiting a pharmacy may not be at their best, mentally or physically. Some manners and grace should be a requirement! Not only was the one employee’s behavior unprofessional and disappointing, but in hindsight, why didn’t anyone from the back come out to stop her from acting in such an unprofessional manner? No bueno, Walgreens.

A pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Poor service, “out of stock” on even the most common prescriptions, extremely poor communications with patrons, long wait times, poorly trained clerks - they wrote the book on “how to offer the worst customer service possible”.
