I purchased 4 truck batteries from this store. One year later, two of my batteries needs replacement. this batteries carry a 5 years warranty. The men behind the counter was very unprofessional dealing with this matter and he told me he would not replaced anymore. Remember, this is only 1 year after purchased. there is nothing wrong with my truck charging system per the dealer. I will never buy again or recommend this establishment to anyone.

I received impeccable service when I came to this establishment for a new battery. The store was clean and very organized. The young man immediately greeted me upon entering the store and came out from behind the counter to see what type of battery we had brought. He quickly identified what battery was needed, carried it to the register and completed the transaction. I did not get his name, but I recommend this place for any type of battery needs you may have.

Came from a recommendation and I can't believe I didn't know about them sooner. Not only are they cheaper, the people who work there are authentic. You feel like you're visiting your friends pops shop. I don't think b I'll go anywhere else again.

I have a 2014 500 SEL Mercedes-Benz That I drove to the shop back in 2019 for an electrical problem The key would not read sometime. They called me told me they fixed the problem pick the vehicle up. I picked my vehicle up brought it home went to start back up in the driveway. It would not start… that was back in 2019 August..my vehicle has been there ever since???, they said it was Covid in 2020 I understood.. then 2021 and 2022, then 2023 now 2024. My vehicle is still there. I Do not know why my vehicle is still there. I do not understand any reason why my vehicle should be still there , Matt has been giving me excuse after excuse after excuse. I just called at 4:30 and I got another excuse. I hope to get my vehicle back soon my daughter was four years old when we took it there now she is 10 and speaks two languages while my other daughters where in high school at Dover High they both graduated from Penn State and both got bachelors and masters degrees my son had a child now I’m a grandfather. I never once got a chance to drive my vehicle to college to see my daughters play any games or anything to that matter with the vehicle was intended for
But I will not ever suggest to anyone to bring there vehicle to Cheswell PASCO battery and warehouse and automotive services I just spoke with the corporate office now. I hope they help me out.

I just want to thank the employees for being so kind and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get names but came in last Tuesday unable to turn my car off knowing it wouldn’t restart. I had been turned down at Sam’s because of where the battery was housed When I entered Pasco’s the young man agreed to replace my battery and did so in a reasonable time. I truly appreciate your kindness.

Needed a battery for my Kubota mini excavator. It's a very small oddly shaped battery so I figured it might be hard to find a replacement. The closest Kubota dealer was 25 mins away and Pascos was right down the street. I walked in with my dead battery and the staff knew exactly which battery I needed and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Got home and had the battery in and was digging in less time than it would have been to drive to the Kubota dealer. They had batteries everywhere. All shapes and sizes. I'm sure they have what you need.

Thought I was getting a good deal. Low-cost upfront, expensive in the long run. Precision battery bank they sold me only lasted 2 1/2 years. Nowhere near the expected 4-6 years for AGM’s typical use.
