I have to say I never knew I needed an attorney till I called Larry Kimmel from the first phone call till the day we made settlement Larry was there the whole time on my side, He kept me very informed as to the status of my claim he helped guide me and helped me understand what I was entitled to for my injury, through the whole processes I never felt alone in this, he would call me just to see how I was doing and how I was healing to it me was a great personal touch it meant a lot to me. I could not have made a better choice. From day one Ed Carter walked me through every step of the way and I can honestly say he was more than my lawyer he became a trusted confidant and friend. Everyone in the office was ALWAYS available and supportive. My injury was 18 long years ago having 7 back surgeries and countless injections and other procedures. I received the best council possible and the team at Kimmel Carter always fought for my best interest. As Mr. Carter moved into retirement, he brought Michael Hendee in to support me and eventually he was able to settle my case.

I just want to start off by saying, choosing this firm was the best decision I could have ever made.
In my case, I was so unsure on how to even begin dealing with everything that comes with an accident...but my lawyer has made every step in the process 100% easier for me. I honestly do not know where I would be if it wasn’t for her. To be exact, her name is Amanda Dobies. She is dedicated and very hardworking, and if anything…the best at what she does. I have never met someone that sympathizes & empathizes with their clients as much as she has. She has made it very comfortable for me to voice anything I have on my mind. Any fear or question I ever have….she talks me through it immediately. She goes beyond for her clients. I had an insurance company personally tell me that I have a great lawyer based on the fact she handled a situation for me after 8 pm since most lawyers leave their desk no later than 5 pm. Also, did I mention how persistent she is? Literally handles any obstacle that is thrown our way and with the quickness.

I feel Jon O'Neal always had my best interests all the while never coming off like one of those lawyers you see in TV ads. Would I recommend him, yes and I already did. I have trusted him with my family members
