I was going to transfer my pharmacy info, but they went above and beyond to help get my sons prescription filled. I feel for the pharmacy, they are such good people and are understaffed and tired. Our whole town is understaffed and places are struggling to take care of all the people. Thank you to the people who work at the Clarksville DE Walgreens.

App said prescription would be ready the 28th at 2pm. Next day comes and I never get a message to pick it up. I call and “Michelle” tells me she can’t give me a pickup time cause there are hundreds of prescriptions to be checked, so really my prescription was not ready. She continued to brush off my questions and concerns by repeatedly saying she doesn’t know. Lol maybe don’t work in the pharmacy then? She also hung up on me!

Make your flu shot appointment, on-line, then wait, at this store, twenty minutes past that appointment time, with no one else getting shots ahead of you, then wait for the counter staffer to come off of break, then wait for her to come back from getting you no information about whether you'll have to wait longer, then wait for her to ask you if you want to keep waiting, even though she can't tell you how much longer it would be if you decide to wait longer...Why take the appointments, on-line, Walgreens, if you can't keep them? Also, this store is dirty in that's it's not even broom-swept and it stinks.

Go to CVS - Walgreens pharmacy customer service has been going down hill for some time - the Clarksville, De Walgreens store pharmacy is slow, always understaffed and closes whenever they want to - plus the pharmacy is closed on weekends.

Waited for 20 minutes. Pharmacy closes at 6 pm. Got to the drive through at 5:34, finally serviced at 5:48 and they said they were closed. This place needs a lot of help to even get 2 stars. And they are supposed to be dependable pharmacists. Absolutely not. Useless garbage employees trying to leave early.

If you are looking to quickly run in and pick up your prescriptions you better find another pharmacy. The staff here trudge as if the floor is covered in thick molasses. While it's probably not their fault with staffing issues, it doesn't help my cause.Every month for the past two years my physician sends my script electronically yet for some reason they can't fill it without a call from me asking where it is. It's also not uncommon for there to be an issue on their behalf making me go several days without my meds.My most recent love fest with this place involved them sending a request to my physician to titrate my medication. My doctor was shocked asking if this was a request from me. They said it was the first time they had ever seen this? Crazy place.Guess it's time to go else where.

They made a big mistake when they let Shelly go, she has been there over 20 plus years she was always so helpful and knew alot of her patients and was very helpful to everyone now they have alot of rude employees working in the pharmacy and they don't know how to talk to people. They need to get Shelly back or they are going to lose alot of customers.Sharon BuntingFrankford, De.

I usually have excellent service at Walgreens. I travel nearly all year long so I certainly get to visit many for refilling scripts. So 1st off; congratulations to Walgreens in general for great service. This location today however seems to have failed with continuing that service of other areas. I dropped off my refills for the pharmacy and was told 30-45 minutes. I said that's fine I'm going to go next door for lunch. I returned 40 minutes later and was told "I have to get them ready it will be 30 minutes. I responded to that by saying I was already told that over 30 minutes ago. I travel and am on the way out of town..I don't have a place to go and wait on them over an hour by the time I will finally get my pills. I have never waited more than 10 minutes on Walgreens but waiting 40 is perfectly acceptable also. They might be busy today? What I don't like though is waiting 40 minutes and then being told we have to start on them and it will be another 30. Either give me an accurate time to begin with or pay attention so you don't forget there is a customer waiting.
