They found a blown fuse as the problem why my transmission wouldn’t shift properly. No charge for this fix. I had them service my transmission as I had not had it serviced in some time. Fair price for this I think as someone else mentioned it would probably cost more.

Call in about a problem with my transmission Mike told me bring it in to look at & I did. He looked my car up & told me they don’t deal with my type of transmission. But he still took a look at it, drove it around & reset it for me free of charge. He was very nice & helpful.

Wouldnt recommend this place for any work. They are out to get you. Raise repair costs and fix issues before informing you. Out to take your money at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find a new place. Contacting bbb

avoid this place at all costs. They lie , price gouge. Change prices after agreed upon price. Will be contacting the BBB!!

Don't go to this place to have transmission work done on your car, van or truck. The mechanic named Mike is a liar and a crook. Go to some other transmission shop. Trust me he's a big time liar. He doesn't care about customer service. Or helping any customer all he cares about is stealing your money. My husband took his van there for transmission work and all Mike the mechanic did was lie about everything on paper. One minute it's this price and the next minute it's this other price. All he did was make the price go higher. So don't go there for any work done to your car and van. There a rip off.

I brought my van in for transmission work and he gave me a print paper of how much it was going to cost. It said 3195 dollars to rebuild my transmission. After a week he calls me and says your van is done. And the cost is 4195 dollars. I received no phone call about this or any other job that they were fixing. I even gave them 500 dollars for a deposit. They add on more work so they can rip customers off without calling them or telling them. I will never ever go to this shop again for anything. My friends told me to call the BBB OFFICE. AND THAT'S WHAT IM GOING TO DO. What ever you do don't take your car here for transmission work. Mike the mechanic is a scam artist. He lies to you. He doesn't care about customers being happy.

I came here today after realizing an issue with my Honda which was repaired at a different shop.
I was treated kindly and quickly and they were able to see what was wrong and make the fix... the previous shop didn't want to be bothered to address something that happened while.they had the vehicle.
Benchmark is my new fleet mechanic!

Customer service is not good gave me one price and when I got there they tried to charge the price I will never do business with them again they have poor service they are not reliable
