I had made a online reservation on 3/9/24 for a 15 foot truck along with two different types of dollies in preparation of the move and retrieval off the truck no call or no information was provided to inform me that no dollies would be issued or provided because they didn’t have any and was told that I can go to any location at U-Haul and they would just give me a dolly but unfortunately, that was not true. I had search for a number of different U-Haul’s at that time and only one location at Martin Luther King Blvd only have one dolly and had to wait over an hour just to be charged around seven dollars and they had debited me 30 days out when originally I was debited received a receipt about it. Notice the pending transaction and the U-Haul that I had ordered. I believe it was a 10 foot truck versus a 15 I had to call customer service. They had explain to me that I had debris in the back of the truck that I can get pictures of of the main Office and that’s why I was charged an additional $10 fee with actually receiving a 14 foot truck. This was a huge inconvenience during the move when you can’t just not have the proper equipment it is poor customer service to not tell anyone that you don’t have equipment to provide them of a day of a move, which allowed me to have the U-Haul longer because I only needed it but reserved it for a total of eight hours used it for five which could’ve caught the cost of time and money in half this is all thanks to the BP at 3421 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, Delaware location.

This is my spot . When I come from philly to visit my sis in that newly built complex I stop here to fuel . Always a friendly environment , fuel cheaper than philly and their hotdogs are good lol it's gas station good what do you expect ?.

I like BP because I use the BPme App and I receive 5 cents off per gallon and you don't even have to put your debit or credit card in the pump it's all done through the app they also have more deals available.

Not open 24 hours. If you're closing maybe try locking the door instead of allowing a customer to shop and then denying service because they want to pay with cash. I'll take my business elsewhere.

So, I've been there multiple times and the credit card machines don't work properly on every dispenser. The car wash doesn't work. Go somewhere else. BS

This was the cheapest gas in the area although the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The pump did not provide a receipt so I had to go in to get one. No real food here. Just lots of snacks and slushees.

I will not return to this gas station. Some of the buttons on the pumps do not work, the trash cans are usually overflowing, and the air pump is never operational. It was convenient because I passed by it often but after my experience the other day I will never return. I was walking my dog who pooped on the sidewalk, being a responsible dog owner, I picked it up, sealed the bag, and threw it in the trash can, rather than leave it in the street. The owner came outside and started yelling at me and actually got in their vehicle and continued to pursue me while I was on foot, yelling at me that they were going to take my picture. I couldn't believe it. I will never go there, WAWA is just two blocks down, cleaner, friendlier, and better.
