Dropped off my sheets for drop off service and had zero customer services on getting them back with no one there to help you. On top of that the machines are broke with no care in the world shows how much they value customers. Not to mention my sheets are still dirty.

Only fill top loading machines w/ tiny BIT OF WATER!! TERRIBLE! I $ for large load & my clothes WERE actually DIRTIER after I washed them here!!my white bathrobe turned into brownish yellow & smelled bad! By the time I realized it, too late!! Staff very nice but will NEVER GO BACK!!

2 stars for niceness BUT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! They DO NOT fill top loading machines w/ enough water. I lifted lid to see all my clothes swirling around in a tiny bit of water enough for A small load despite I paid for large!!! My clothes came out DIRTIER then they were b 4 I washed THEM!! GROSS

I gladly give this Laundromat 5 stars simply because of the customer service. My washer broke late this Sunday afternoon. So I googled the nearest laundromat. This isn’t the closest one. But the hours are great. They close at 9pm where as the others closed at 5pm or earlier. They’re open long enough for me to comfortably complete my cleaning process without feeling rushed. As soon as I walked in the gentleman (owner) made eye contact with me and asked me if I needed anything. He pointed me to the nearest available washing machine. I haven’t used a washing machine in a while. Long enough for me to forget how to operate one. Also their washing machines are a little different, Ex 2 quarters are required in each slot for the medium washing machines. That’s new to me. The laundromat is pretty kept up. However a lot of the machines are out of order. The owner did say they plan on purchasing new machines soon. I do recommend this laundromat. And I wish their business nothing but success.

First time going to this laundromat. It was fairly cheap, in comparison to other laundromats. The place could have used a good cleaning throughout the whole place. Machines were all relatively clean and worked without an issue, which is a plus!

They're doing their best. This is a coin operated laundromat. All of the machines require cash. At the moment, many machines are broken and the building itself could use some remodeling, but I can tell the owners care for it, as the laundromat is extremely clean. The owner was doing her best to assist a customer when I arrived, despite a slight language barrier, but it's very clear she cares about the customers. Hopefully, with more income, they can fix the place up and get more of their machines working. Keep up the good work!

This laundromat is currently open for business and is in the process of being fully restored and operational. The customer service is immaculate, and the owner is amiable and helpful. The washing machines are cheaper than others in the area, and the dryers are always hot. You will need to bring cash due to it being a coin-operated establishment. There are currently no vending machines available as of yet, but be on the lookout or ask the owner.
