I was appalled by this CVS. Floors are filthy, especially around the pharmacy. Also, no, you did NOT provide a better experience because the bathrooms were locked. In fact, they looked awful-probably because you are not checking them in the first place- and you wasted my time. Locking the bathrooms so your staff have to clean less isn’t working. It’s apparent that’s your strategy. I wonder how many folks with incontinence you’ve inconvenienced or made soil themselves because you’re too lazy to clean more.But yeah, the bathrooms were filthy. Toilet paper ripped up everywhere on the floor. No toilet paper on the wall. No paper towels. No hand sanitizer. Feces and urine all over the toilet bowl, so much so I couldn’t use it.The pharmacy staff were nice to me, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise, 1 star experience.

The staff are very friendly polite and professional. The hours are catered to working people and the drive thru is helpful for those who may not be physically able to always walk inside to the pharmacy counter. However the medications are often not ready in a timely manner and you end up having to return for pick up, which is not always convenient. I also find that.there is not always an explanation offered or options explained when a prescribed medication is not in stock. This becomes challenging, especially when it’s a medication that is instrumental in treating a medical condition. I believe the expectation of many is that since CVS is a major worldwide company with a large following, that there would be a higher than average inventory to accommodate its large customer base. Sadly I find that often that’s simply not the case; and that there is an unspoken “oh well, that’s jus too bad” type of attitude which accompanies being informed by CVS staff that your medication is either out of stock or not ready.

I love this CVS Pharmacy on Naamans Rd in Claymont Del. Everyone is so helpful and nice, There store is all was stocked. And the discounts are the best!

I was with CVS pharmacy for many years, now I'm switching to another pharmacy due to really annoying and unprofessional behaviour. The Asian lady will make you feel like you are in China right now. She will ask you a lot of different unprofessional questions, she will ignore the prescription, because she don't think that your doctor prescribed the right one for you, and she will send you back home without live dependent medication, just because she feels so. I've been waiting for my prescription for the last two weeks without any success.

This CVS location is my favorite stop and preferred pharmacy. The pharmacist himself waited on me last time. The prior difficulties during the pandemic with limited staff seem over now and I have no difficulty getting prescriptions or someone to help me find other items. The self-checkout is also convenient in front for when you have just an item or two (once you get used to it).

This kid at the counter wouldn't put his phone down to stop texting while at the register. The last time, I came five minutes before closing and he was telling people they couldn't come in because the store was closing. Better training and better management needed here! He also used the keypad for me and didn't allow me to answer the questions for myself. Hen printed a receipt when I should get emailed receipts to save paper!

The pharmacy is awesome!!! The front line cashiers not so much.some are rude and unhelpful to the highest extent!! One cashier said my coupon didn't work so I went to take it back n she said oh here let me try again..it worked she was going to keep my 30% off!! Oh I was livid!!
