Staff is usually pretty cool at this location, until today. Some old hag at the register (short grey haired women) assumed my card i was using was a stolen card after a few attempts on trying to add $100 to my account. I have a hairline crack on my phone which prevented the barcode to be scanned correctly, . Another cashier suggested using the physical card, which unfortunately ddnt work either. Atp i figured it must be their system cause I've successfully done this transaction a few times at this location no issues. But to say my card is stolen is wild. Mind u my name is on it, it just seems prejudice. Maybe even abit racial since i had my Fro out. But overall the store is great except for that ol hag. 1 star for ger customer service!!

This is my favorite CVS location. I’ve always found this store to be cleaner and more organized than the others. The staff in the store and pharmacy are always pleasant and professional. I’ve had multiple instances over the years where I’ve not been able to find something and asking for help has never been an issue.

How about putting the real pharmacy closing hours ,that is online. How many people get to the CVS pharmacy & they are closed

The pharmacy tech Victoria Widom is fabulous! So helpful, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. So refreshing for a chain store. She makes us want to stay with the CVS in Claymont.

I went to pick up a prescription that was ready. (I received a text on my phone.) There was a long line. I decided to use the bathroom before I got in line. I went into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I regret not taking pictures. It was so gross that I chose to wait until I got home. There was spilled soda on the baby changing table. Feces was smeared on the toilet seat and on the floor. Dried blood was also on the toilet seat. A used paper cup and toilet paper pieces were all over the floor. Since this pharmacy collects urine samples, how are they supposed to get accurate results when someone uses this filthy, disgusting biohazard of a bathroom?? I am appalled. Time to get the rubber gloves on and scrub that bathroom from top to bottom and disinfect everything. Oh, and how nice that you have a separate, locked bathroom for employees! So, you must know it is a problem. Unacceptable and disgusting.

I made a purchase without using anything. The self service checkout made me feel comfortable enough to place my items on the counter and then place them back in the cart without paying. I love this new policy.

Have always had a positive experience at the CVS on 702 Naamans Road. Salespeople have been pleasant and helpful, pharmacy staff has been the same.

Friendly and helpful staff. When drug counter gets busy, they will open another window with another cashier. Love their coupons.

The dm needs to remind those who work in the store; what a customer is and actually assist them when they ask for help. The old woman today was the most nasty as them come. Their photo machine doesn't,t work (avoid). I guess my federal issued money is no longer accepted in claymont.
