I made a huge mistake on my account and called to have it reversed. Beyond happy Danielle at the DE branch was able to assist me. Service is impeccable 👌 Thanks again.

Great, local credit union! Kind people, good hours and a wide variety of services that help keep my accounts and investments safe!

Avoid at all costs. They declined my card to Lyft and Uber and to the ATMs in the middle of the night. I'm beyond furious. They can't do anything right. The one thing we need them for they fail at. Thanks for protecting my money like a hawk. You abandoned me. Rather have my money stolen. Closing my account ASAP

After five years of being a member and dealing with Eagle one at the end, when there’s a life hardship, this bank does not have your back. It’s actually a disgrace. I’m hoping this bank does not list much longer. Other banks are like a family when there’s a hardship this bank like I said, will stab you in the back.

A credit union is supposed to be a financial institution that is community-owned with the focus of benefiting the community they serve. This is of course up to anyones judgement, but I simply can't see how the community they serve is supposed to ignore that 1. CEO Danielle Gallagher is current VP Terri Kellys daughter 2. The loan officers Dawn Maloney and Bill Wilson are siblings (they process a large amount of this cu's loans). 3. The former CEO's son is head of IT(has access to a large amount of member data) and maintained this position while his father was still CEO 4. Terri Kellys other daughter, Amanda, was head of HR for a period of time. 5. This role was later occupied by Maria Dicristofaro, daughter of a then-board member. 6. Former manager Rob Dougherty was the son-in-law of a board member. You simply couldn't get away with this many conflicts of interest at a large bank, nor could you at many other credit unions. I think the fact that a small credit union is able to, seemingly unbeknownst to the public, is incredibly peculiar and should be put under scrutiny. Ultimately for the community to question, dissolve, discontinue, or at least reevaluate this organizational structure would only enrich the community and greatly decrease any potential risk of fraud.

I don't think any bank in the world dishes out more fees then this one. Anytime I have an issue or even a simple question that someone can't help with or answer, they say someone will call back. Noone ever calls

I've been a member for about four and a half years someone told me about them and I used to be a member at Del one which was in New Castle at the time and eagle one is 5 minutes away from my home and I haven't been disappointed.

As the only lawyer in Claymont, I was disappointed with their refusal to act as a notary for a non member.

Most unprofessional bank on the planet. We had a car loan from them. We quickly refinanced and tried to close the account. They said we had to come to one of their locations but they close before we get off from work. By the time we are finally get a chance to close the account they have us sign a hand written form and we only have $6 of the $50 we had because they forced us to pay $3 for each monthly statement instead of emailing it to us.

Customer service is shoddy on the best day. I have moved my family and now moving my postal family to PFCU to another credit union.
