Management is excellent - they took the time to help me find the most cost effective storage boxes, including looking at upcoming availability. Facility is nice and clean, with loading docks in the back, which is not something I’ve seen in other places I’ve used in the past.

Total scam. The web discount doesn’t mention it is temporary until you sign. They punish you for staying there. Massive rent increases every year. It’s cheaper for me to just rent a new unit and move my stuff around the building each year.

The space was ok, however they raised my monthly rate 39% without any notice the price would change. It is a month to month lease, but it’s important to communicate beforehand and if I understand correctly it’s supposed to be regulated with notice.

Came into the facility after previewing the space and receiving a tour, I quickly used the online services to reserve my rental. The facility is clean and the staff makes you feel welcome almost as if they’re our landlord. Thanks for the hospitality. Pricing is affordable and praying that we will have our home soon so that we can move our belongings back with us!
