No one answers the phones and there isn’t as much customer service as you expect a Home Depot would have. Also when you order something no one calls you for status or delivery. Floor installation has already been moved due to HD inefficiency

Most incompetent, uncaring, and inept employees for a Home Depot. I'm out hundreds of dollars due to this store, and this is not the first time. Go elsewhere. Their employees are just as bad as the thieves that steal from there.

I need to make a special return, trying to call customer service 2.5 hours before closing... Now on ring #30... Everytime I'm in the store the staff are just standing around talking, yet no one is available to answer the phone. This location is THE WORST!

When in to buy an air compressor needed help getting it in the cart 3 different employees told me they didn't work that area they would get me help 45 minutes later I was still standing there with no help so I left without buying the air compressor or the supplies for it I think I might just go to Lowe's

Two points. Apparently if I want to use cash to buy a $1700 online only minisplit system, it is against store policy. Second point. I had called numerous (more than three) times ( asking for cust service failed in the phone system, so dialed one). After asking in person when in person, I called again in the lobby watching the three (bored) cust service people. The phone did not ring at the service area.

I see alot of negative reviews about the paint section here. I have to give it up for Fred though. Fred is incredible and super helpful. If you have questions about painting/spackling go to him. He will figure it out. I used to frequent the Willow Grove Home Depot, lemme tell you the Grass isn't always Greener. That place was awful- and don't get me started on the home depot near Springfield. The staff at the Claymont Home Depot are usually incredibly helpful and willing to answer questions. The 4 star review is because the parking SUCKS. Anyway back to Fred- Give that guy a raise.

I have been purchasing paint from Home Depot throughout the past 4 months intermittently for my new house. When Fred is there, he assists me quickly and successfully each time. He has even color-matched a color for me when my preferred color was unavailable. Tonight, when I went in for my typical paint order, Noori was disrespectful, slow, and prepared my order incorrectly. He seemed unwilling to help after I waited 10 minutes for him to take my order. He was not a welcoming presence. I’m hoping my next trip goes better.

I live close to this Home Depot, and it's so convenient. I parked quickly and went inside to look for a specific part. I checked the customer service reviews online and asked for help finding the part. Luckily, it was in stock and easy to locate. The store has everything you need, and if they don't have something, the staff are accommodating in pointing you in the right direction. I was also impressed by the accessibility features, like abundant handicapped parking and doors that are easy to use for people in wheelchairs. I'd give this Home Depot a five-star rating for customer service and part availability.

The worst Home Depot in the area when it comes to painting. Why they would have the two slowest people in the store mixing paint and taking orders from next paint is beyond me. I’m currently standing in line waiting to order paint and I’ve been standing here for 30 min. Two gentlemen one white one black both slow as molasses I expect to be done by two. The time is now 9:53 AM and I probably won’t get out of here until 12 o’clock noon because of the holdup with the two slowest people I’ve ever seen in my life. Home Depot, this is unacceptable. Y’all have to do better with finding the right people to get the job done so people can get in the store and out in a timely manner. Please fix this issue I spend about $1000 or more in Home Depot every week and I’m seriously considering, changing to Lowe’s. You spend a little bit more money but you never have to wait 30 minutes or more just to get a paint mix this is sickening.
