Just got notice of a 35 percent rent increase within first 2 months. I fell for the old bait and switch trick. Facility, cleanliness and security is just ok. Office is permanently closed with no consistent security measures. I was willing to over see the flaws to save some money, but with the recent price hike it’s not worth it.

I dont like it. It has had 2 break in in customers storage bend ( I am including myself) within 6 to 7 months. There is no manager or working cameras at this site. I don't understand what is going on at this particular site, but they need to get it together. It's terrible.
