Gretchen is amazing providing excellent customer service. I left the unit due to price increases but that is how all of the self storage companies operate they start out with a low cost, and then within three months start doing, increases regularly until it becomes unaffordable.

This was a very smooth and easy move, Gretchen the property manager at I-storage on Ridge Rd in Claymont, De was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had 2 other storages at another site. This is the place to go for your storage needs. Gretchen and Barry are very knowledgeable about the different units and products offered. I know it's just a place to store things, but the atmosphere here is always positive. They are easily accessible, located right across the PA line in Delaware. Stop in and let them take care of your storage needs.

$20,000 worth of dirtbikes stolen no help they don’t have working camera. Don’t put nothing here the people won’t help. Very sketchy business
