Got on fix right away but installed crank sensor w 2 O rings and wouldn't sync up w cam sensor .I took care of problem myself .

The staff was very nice and courteous... so I can only rate on how nice the staff is excellent...I didn't get the work done.. they charge a little to much... some parts I didn't need.. maybe in the future if they not going to over charge me

Took my car to this location a few months ago for an wheel alignment after I replaced the inner/outer tires rods. They pulled it right in and hopped on it. After almost 1.5hrs and 4 test drives later, I was told that my steering wheel was @ the 3oclock position and couldn't be fixed because my struts were blown (me: blank stare) and I could bring it back after i replaced them.
I bought struts and put them on myself (even though I knew the original wasn't bad, i.e. I work on cars) in 45 mins and took it back. They now says they don't have the time to finish the job.
I'm now driving down the highway and noticed if hit the smallest bump, my car felt like it was losing control.
Took it home to investigate and found that my wheels were toed in excessively from meineke's mechanic.
I made some adjustments myself. Wheel is straight now and car feels great over any bump.!
Summary: Front desk - very friendly
Mechanic - Poor
I would not recommend this place or let them touch my car again !
