I was locked out of my phone and all I needed was the SIM card code Which I didn't have. I called the company and was told to go to a Metro store to bring my ID and I'll get my code 🤣😂🤣 I went to Chi Chester by the karate place she couldn't help me like it was something out of this world, had No Clue, and then I went to the Brookhaven store same thing happened. Now in the back of my mind I kept thinking about the store in Claymont that always has helped me. So after a bit I brought it to the Metro store in Claymont the guy had No Problem went on my account and BAM I have my phone infact my phone locked up on me again and when I went back to him he had No Problem unlocking my phone again Plus he wrote down my code in case it happens again. Now he's a professional knows what he's doing and I didn't even get charged I would've gladly paid. Really Nice and Helpful. Thank you 😊

I was having lots of trouble with my android with all kinds of pop ups and ads. I was very worried my personal information was at risk.
I went to a metro store at 3549 on Philadelphia Pike, an amazing gentleman named Ranaveer helped me and resolved my problem.
A outstanding customer service.
