Service is ok at best. The rep i dealt with, while pleasant,was on her phone the entire time. Both times I have had to have a phone activated, I ended up having to call customer service to have it completed once I returned home because I could make calls but not receive them. This last visit, insurance was added to my account which I did not ask for, nor was I asked, until I received a text and saw an added charge on my account a week later.

They don't never answer the phone. When you go in there they never know nothing and this is that every location. Only thing they know how to do is sell you a damn phone.

Garbage. Bought a new phone yesterday, takes 20 hours to charge 60%. I go in to tell them, apparently it's non refundable. Unbelievable. My experience here has been complete trash. Go somewhere else

Awful customer service here. All they are concerned about is selling phones n getting commission (exact quote from metro pcs customer service rep) if u need help with anything other than buying a phone do yourself a favor n call customer service first! I happened to speak with a representative that was in south Africa..she was the sweetest woman with the most beautiful accent. She solved my issue over the phone in 5 minutes when I was told by an employee at this store that he was about to close n nothing could be done so I should just figure out another way to resolve my issue.

I had a very bad experience at this metro by Tmoblie. Maria (the employee) gave me misleading information when the phone was purchased. 3 days after using the phone we found out it wasn’t good and went to return or exchange the phone. Maria said “no.” She, I quote said “you didn’t ask” when I asked her why she didn’t tell me about the refund policy. Before you go to this store please reconsider. And if you do go this store please make sure you ask them all the questions because they don’t tell you. It’s sad to see a relationship that my family had for 12 years to dissolve into this. So bad! They were so mean to me and they started talking about me in Spanish. I went there to get a refund but they said NO. They never told me when I bought the phone I could not get a refund. Never going back there.

Great service ! Not a very big selection of phones but O (Oscar) is by far the most helpful and smartest employee at any Metro store I have ever visited. If O is working when you go in to purchase anything you are in great hands !!

First I will stay when you walk in I know they hear the door open due to the bell. They never put there heads up to greet you, you walk up to the counter they say Oh hi can I help you"Wow" then wben when you ask them to help you understand about two different phones they make you fell not welcome.
