I signed up for Informed Delivery so I could see what I'm getting. It turns out a lot of it, especially bills, aren't getting to my front door. I remember one property tax bill, and recently a Delmarva bill didn't come. And we rarely get grocery ads, and we verbally communicated that we want them. Is mail just getting thrown out? If it's not coming to me, it must be going somewhere. There's no excuse for this. I put a Hold on mail for a week. It was delivered A MONTH LATE!!! Some of them were bills.

Best USPS post office I've ever had the pleasure of using. Staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. The location can be busy at times and parking is limited, but they work quickly to take care of customers.

This is my go to place for any postal or courier needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have recently used this place 2 times and I was able to complete my work within 10 min both the times. Priority mail is less expensive compared to other courier options. This place has ample parking and wheelchair accessible as well. I highly recommend this place for others who live near to claymont.

My mail gets delivered through this office and no matter how many notes I leave on my mailbox; I almost always receive mail for previous residents of my address. I have been living at this address for nearly a year and this still happens regularly. The mail delivery people are inept and cannot read the sign on my mailbox that clearly says to only deliver mail for myself and my partner. It is a federal crime to interfere with mail that isn't addressed to you so I can't throw it away, I constantly have to return mail to the sender all because of the incompetency of these mail people.

Everytime I'm here its been pleasant experience. Staff is calm and helps with best options to mail. Parking is convenient as well.

It’s a crazy place to go, no customer services at all, when I went there to drop off my return order, I asked if they can put a little bit tape on the package to secure it, the black women behind the counter said they don’t provide the tape and I have to buy it from them, and after I said I don’t want to purchase the tape, she immediately took the label off and try to get me out of there, and ask the next customer to the counter and start to serve, this is awful experience, never happened in my entire life, we pay taxes and we don’t get what we deserve, why you treat people like this, USPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
