I call Atlantic Tractor because I had a question regarding how to service a mower we purchased from Atlantic Tractor. The assistance who answered the call was named Donna and she went above and beyond to help us with our issue. Donna's assistance in helping me resolve this issue was the best and made me regret not buying every piece of lawn equipment I own from there. All possible future equipment purchases will be made Atlantic Tractor and that's all because of Donna.

Drove to Atlantic Tractor in Delaware to personally deal with Vince Crone. After feeling like the other Atlantic Tractor dealers in MD acted like I was luck they would sell me a tractor. I decided to see Vince at the Clayton Delaware location. He was friendly, and really was the deciding factor of my purchase. Thanks again Vince.

Update: spoke with a manager Scott they are willing to make things right and hope to fix the issue.
Took our riding mower here for repairs. It had a bad deck switch cause the mower to lose power and would not start again. Dropped it off had the $25 switch replaced, slapped in the face with $100 service fee. Following weekend mowed my lawn same thing lost power wouldn’t start. Took it back AGAIN figured maybe a faulty switch maybe they’d work with us on service fee. Still charged the service fee for something the didn’t completely fix. Following week mowed the lawn again, guess what switch broke AGAIN. Instead of taking it back for a third time to get robbed of another $130 the tractor is headed to the junk yard. Moral of the story would not rely on the service department to fix your equipment.

Bought a zero turn mower and asked for a price and received the quote the same day through e-mail. Straight forward price. I asked if he (the salesman) could throw in something extra, his reply was I can do that.

They do not know how to treat their customers
