The storage facility was in a convenient location, was clean and easy to get in and out. The price was reasonable. Would rent there again if we needed storage.

I had the best experience during my stay. I've always had great customer service with any issue i had. They work with you. I stayed at other places that was very different and did not have the best experience. The owner/manager was there for you as well with any help I needed. Thank you so much Peninsula Mini storage for being there for me when I needed you the most. Just getting out of the hospital. Thank you!

The phone experience with the manager concerning my particular circumstances went perfectly. Was advised I would be dealing with an “associate” at the other locale. The associate was meticulously maintaining the grounds when I arrived, and after checking in with him, with his prediction of a minor issue then coming true, he proceeded to correct it then and there! Love this place!!!

It was an easy move in process with the access of online registration and gate access was very easy to use. Communication between management and customer was always quick and responsive. Easy and secure storage arrangement. Thank you!

I recently booked a storage space and the movers was coming from another state with my belongings, but we arrived later than store business hours.
Once I realized that we wouldn't make it before closing, I reach out to customer service and the kind Woman contacted Dlyan the store manager. He personally called me to help figure everything out. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately in today's world customer service has diminished, but Peninsula Mini Storage placed customer service to the forefront of their business. Thank you Dylan and the wonderful customer service rep Christina that contacted him to help.
