“I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!”

“Everyone in the Georgetown branch was very nice and extremely helpful. I was there Thursday morning to pick up a package, and honestly, it was the best experience I ever had at a post office. The staff, you could tell, took pride in their work and really tried to go the extra mile. I can not say enough nice things about the people that work there. Thank you.”

“After reading many poor reviews, I was half afraid to even go in for my passport appt today. The greeting was non-existent, which isn't ideal but not everyone is all smiles and happy every day. Customer service is a hard job contrary to popular belief. The clerk who took care of me and my appt, (Joni) was no nonsense, very knowledgeable and courteous. So far my experience with this office has been a positive one as well as my mail delivery service with them.”
“Had to mail a business letter. I was able to save money when a helpful employee named Ryan asked me how many letters did I need to mail? I only needed one as well as one stamp. Instead of buying a whole packet of envelopes and book of stamps, he informed me that I could opt for buying one prestamped envelope. Thank you for your assistance and helpful information Ryan. 5 out of 5 stars for him as an employee.”
