Over all the storage experience itself was good the first time we used them. This second time was different. We had a bigger storage unit than the first one and these were newer. We noticed some items were wet when we came to get some items out so we looked farther and noticed everything was covered in mold. This was june. The owner was in greece until July first and was told nothing could be done until then. We got ahold of him after and my fiancée said he was aggressive over the phone. He apologized when we came in person and we set something up so the items could be discharged. Well come today we did that and i wanted to talk to him more about insurance and some reimbursement. Im paying for a storage unit with ac my items shouldnt be wet or have mold all over it. He said his computer dont work on Saturdays and started saying i owed him money for june when i paid june and said i owned for july. Towards the end of it he started yelling and approaching me and tried to put his finger in my face. So i started, we almost fought. It was childish and i apologized for my behalf. Im not trying to be unreasonable he stored my items and the place was clean and great tbh but he didn’t fully hold up his end. The insurance through them is bs too they offered $500 dollars for the items. Its was a 10x15 or 10x20 unit filled i gotta look at the paper. Anywhere from 6-8,000 dollars was lost. My kids stuff, sentimental stuff. I two bed single family home was in there. Im not expecting that much back but $500. I believe its been over a year of us renting the storage unit and making the payment on time every month 200 some odd dollars a month gone too what was the sense of storing the items. The owner was unhelpful and unprofessional. Don’t recommend. I have more photos

Storage unit was nice, we just felt like there were a lot of price increases. We felt like we couldn’t afford it anymore and sold most of our items.

We couldn’t be happier with Delmarva storage solutions. I was able to call and make a reservation Over the phone. The customer service has been exceptional.
I feel safe knowing we are able to keep our valuables in a climate controlled storage unit. I am looking forward to our move back home and grateful for this business.
