I recently went into this specific dollar general. I purchased (3) different scent cans of glade automatic refills. I had been comparing Amazon prices so I was attentive of the $6 each price tag. I also noticed that each scent was a separate UPC code and that each one had an ONLINE COUPON attached to them for $1.50 off for a total of $4.50 for each refill. I decided to grab (3) DIFFERENT SCENTS so I would get a coupon for each understanding that if I purchased 3 of the same scent then I’d only be eligible for 1 coupon. I also went right on my app on my phone and seen that the coupon was not even online. So I decided to purchase the 3 refills and deal with the discount at the register. Upon arriving the gentleman said he would need a manager for that. I had taken photos of the coupon hanging on their shelf as well as had my phone open for the app. The manager PATTY at first tried to say that there was no discount eligible because it wasn’t on the app. Then she said she would only honor 1 coupon because you can’t use more then 1 coupon on a glade item. I explained that they were all different items and her response was to start yelling “I don’t care what it say. I told you I’m only giving you one” at this point I’m looking at my mother and nephew whom I’m shopping with stunned. Not wanting to argue I completed the sale without incident. While the gentleman took the sale back over after the override. The 2nd clerk working another register offered an apology to us. I accepted and thanked them for the service. Even if I were incorrect. The fact that they are being advertised at that rate on the shelf should mean they have to give me the deal. But even if I were wrong. A manager should have more professionalism than ms Patty did. When another coworker sees your actions and apologizes for you. That’s a sign ms patty.

It could be more organized and clean I used to work for the Dollar General and we would of never got away with carts full of freight all over the store

Nice store and staff but if you blink you will miss the off highway entrance access to the place is horrible

This store is very clean now and it looks like it has a lot of products in stock. Looks much better now. Employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are great. This is my favorite place to get all I need.
