This place is amazing! Chris & staff are very knowledgeable about their product. If you're either looking for privacy glass tint or the tint that protects the inside of your vehicle, this is the place! Remember, look at all the details for an establishment & make sure that you are getting what you want. I wanted to protect my vehicle since it's all black. I didn't want privacy, I wanted protection, but once the ceramic tint was done on all my windows, the privacy was a bonus! I'm glad that the guys at Matrix have a sense of humor too! Thank you gentlemen for a fantastic experience and a job well done! Highly recommend!

Looking to get 2 vehicles windows tinted. In talking to my son, he recommended Matrix. I went to their website and under "contact us" submitted the required info; name,phone number, email address and the 2 different vehicles that I was looking to have done the same level of tint as my sons vehicle. Went on further to explain that my family is a LE family, most especially my son as Matrix does his depts vehicles. The only reply I recieved was an auto reply; Thank you for submitting your message, Nothing else. Have contacted a competitor since they apparantly to busy to evan do a simple reply.

I called Eric at Matrix because I wanted my car to stay cooler in the summer and add a little privacy to what's inside. He talked me through all my options and the pricing of each. He knew what products would stand the test of time, what his customers liked, and the legal rating of tint I could get away with in Maryland and Delaware. He was able to schedule me within a few days. I waited in the lobby and they were finished under their quoted time. They were thorough in explaining the after care while the tint dried, hooked me up with some glass cleaner, and I couldn't be happier with the result! 100% recommend to anyone who wants a sharp looking tint job!!Services: Sun control window tinting
