So here is the thing with equipment rental companies. They all have similar resources and equipment available in their catalogs and they all offer similar things like delivery and pickup and emergency services and after hours access. The key to getting extraordinarily value from a company like United Rental is building a set of relationships with the team(s) and sticking with them. I work for a nonprofit organization and United Rentals really worked with us. They were extremely accommodating with great communication. Even the delivery driver was awesome!! I would highly recommend!

Customer service was amazing. They extended our time for renting the unit due to a mixup in the actual model. But everything turned out well. And, the equipment worked well. Definitely, my favorite equipment rental company.
