Received notification that a pkg was delivered, I knew it was too big for the mailbox, but when I checked there was no key to a parcel box. Hoping for answers when I call the PO.
On a previous delivery, the key left in the mailbox didn't fit the parcel box that was indicated on the tag.

I had to pay a check cancelation fee due to this branches mail carriers losing my rent check and I was offered a half hearted apology script then told I should probably send it as certified mail next time. This is the second time I've had to explain to my landlord that someone else lost my check.

Delmar Delaware post office delivery drivers worst in business. For years received our mail right after lunch last couple months might get it might not now we get snow and i understand if mailboxes arent clear u get no mail but 10 house around all have mailboxes clear thanks to neighbor with bobcat roads are not bad but still no mail no packages and being as they havnt worked in week y the extra day for Carter's funeral my boss didnt give us off so no mail for a week no one around here has seen a piece of mail or package from post office hopefully DOGE shuts u down wasted taxpayers money would gove delivery drivers for delmar a minus if google would let me. now i check dashboard it says undeliverable only problem is roads are clear mailbox is dugout driveway is clear so just a lie that post office and driver put on dashboard

I rarely see my neice. She does come to visit, I do go pick her up when I have a chance when my husband is home due to only having 1 vehicle.
Recently she came over and was super excited to make stickers on my cricut but I was low on ink and didn't want to run out so I told her, not this time because we might need it for business.
She left and not having her around and seeing the stickers saved in design space made me regret my decision of not putting her before business. So I printed them and decided to send them to her by mail. I prepared to send them and for two days I attempted to get them in the mail but didn't have stamps and having three rowdy very active boys, life is insane and I'm a mess.
I even went out late at night at the last minute to buy stamps at food lion desperate to finally get them sent off. I Bought the stamps, came home got the envelope ready and took the envelope directly to the post office to the mail box outside. I dropped it in excited to get it sent off only to realize there was no stamp on it. I had totally forgotten. Mad at myself and so bummed that I messed up .. again. I went home ready to find the envelope returned to me for lack of stamp. It never came back.
But today, I received a video call from my neice that she had received her stickers and she is happy. This means so much to me. I am just so grateful for the individual or people involved in doing a kind thing and making it possible for such a small but oh so huge thing to be accomplished. It's the little things. I'm thankful to Jesus mostly. Don't forget Jesus. He puts kindness in people's hearts and it truly changes situations. Thank you to whoever at the post office made sure that letter made it to my precious girl. I am giving 5 stars.
And please give our postal workers a break. They work hard. My sister works at the post office and since I know all the inside and outs now, I understand the world of a postal worker and I realize we need to give them grace. Be blessed and Happy Holidays 😊

Was home all morning before work. Saw the post man drop the mail off prompting me to retrieve it. There was a pickup slip in the box for a signed letter(along with other mail) He chose to not knock on the door with cars in the driveway to see if someone was home. They're paid to complete a job if I was to do that at work I'd be fired

I live in an apartment complex served by this post office, and they do not pay any attention to the apartment numbers. The number of packages and mail of my neighbors that I receive is ridiculous. My stuff ends up missing most of the time as well. They’ve also shoved packages into a mailbox that is too small, to the point you can’t get it back out in one piece.

I've repeatedly received mail for people that no longer live at my address. I've written return to sender and all manner of things only for the mail to still come and I can't even get ahold of anyone at my local office to even speak with me.

The masculine looking woman up front was very rude to me when I had asked her to provide me with a label for my package, and said I needed to provide my own own label and would not accept my package. Long story short she eventually gave me a label for me to fill out my information. Then I ask for a pen to write with. She says to me you can have a pen, but you can borrow one and slams it on the counter. Then when I pay the fee, she gets annoyed bc I removed my card too soon. She didn't prompt me the entire transaction, so I had to figure it out myself. Do not go to this location unless you want to experience abuse from this woman.

I'm an ebay seller and due to unforseen circumstances I had to use this office. Never again. I got called at my work because one of the workers opened at least one of my packages and forced me to pay an extra twenty dollars for shipping because according to them I didn't have the right type of shipping. I have never had issues shipping this way with ANY other post office. At the moment I tried to be reasonable, because maybe I did make a mistake. Now I got a message from a buyer that after twelve days the package still hasn't arrived. Wow thanks guys. Lost quarter tank of gas and twenty dollars but at least I have customer complaints.

They consistently don’t deliver my packages. I have to go pick them up more than I get them delivered. Absolutely astonishing how bad this place is run. They need new management asap

Suddenly stopped trying to deliver packages that wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I guess it's too much work to take them to my door. Always marks them as "delivery attempted" or "held at pickup location per customer's request" which is never true. Instead I have to go to the post office to pick them up, which is pretty difficult when you work the same hours they're open.
