My son had a complicated issue with his bill. We originally went to the main Verizon store in Salisbury only to be dismissed. We were told it would have to be handled by calling customer service. We decided to try the store in Delmar and received some of the best customer service I’ve had. They took an actual interest in solving the problem. We were there for about an hour and left with problem solved! I will definitely be using them from now on.

I am super happy with the service at this location! I have been there a few times with different people. I left satisfied every time. Very trustworthy and not pushy trying to sell you stuff. Riley was fast, friendly, and efficient in helping me switch to my new phone. She even installed my phone case and screen protector that I had purchased from Amazon (no charge). It’s a smaller location but feels more like family walking in! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
