These people never answer the phone. Multiple times sit on hold with 1 caller ahead of me or next in line and they keep me on hold for 20+ minutes.

I donāt know what it is about the pharmacy but they canāt get nothing right! Went there last month I was new so gave them my new info and they did not have any of that info I gave them last month! Wrong number and everything! Then each time I go to get my script filled itās not here although my dr sends it a hr before I get there each time! Idk what it is but they just canāt get shit right! I guess itās their system idk but point is it aināt never right! Iāll come in next month and I guarantee they wonāt have anything right lmao š¤£š¤£ boy I tell ya š¤£š¤£

After filling prescriptions here for 6 months and giving an address every time I was informed today that I am not in the āappropriate radiusā to get my prescriptions filled there by the rudest, most ignorant and incompetent pharmacist. After having dealt with several quality pharmacists and technicians a Zein Eissa took it upon himself to make that decision. I hope Walgreens understands that this was the most convenient location to fill my medications at regardless of āappropriate radiusā and should have made any customer aware of this on their first fill of any prescription. I hope this pharmacist loses his position or faces some severe consequences for the way he decided to play god with someone elseās life.

Scheduled a prescription for delivery, it was canceled, not by me. Scheduled it again and one link says it would be delivered by Fed-Ex at around 11:30 (never showed and tracking number is invalid) and the other link said it was coming via Uber expected by 3:15 (currently 8:00pm). I know that every business has its flaws and hiccups, but this has been going on for well over a year. They finally increased their pharmacy hours, but you wait even longer for your prescriptions. I guess the staff is still pissed they have to work nights and weekends now to accommodate those of us with varying work hours.

Staff acts like they hate their jobs, most of them that Iāve encountered have been rude. Tonight was the icing on the cake!!! Went to pick up my sons meds was told insurance issue and needed to get it fixed. Came back 3 hours later issue was resolved but then told to come back 25-30 minutes later so they could fill the rx. Came back 20 minutes later and was in the drive thru at 8:47pm, two cars in front of me and by the time I got to the window 9:05 pm the staff put the closed sign up AND ignored me. Yet they serviced the one car a few minutes after business hours. Three wasted trips to the pharmacy and still no meds for my disabled child.

If you have Medicare Advantage Highmark, they want you to pay for vax. The same are free with that same insurance at Rite Aid or Express Pharmacy in Laurel, DE

Worst pharmacy ever. Donāt ever keep important medication in stock and when itās in stock they canāt ever figure out insurance coverage. Was told medication that Iāve taken for years wasnāt covered by insurance then for some reason it magically was.
