John Waples Memorial Playground is a clean park with two playgrounds, slides and swings, a huge sandbox with a ton of toys, and a covered gazebo for parents. The area has benches, a water fountain, and a book exchange for story time. Nearby parking and a small nature preserve provide easy access. The park is popular with toddlers and older kids, but there is no shade over the sandbox and no restrooms. Maintenance is needed on some equipment, and more tier chips are required for the play areas under the equipment. There is not much area for a dog.
Very nice little neighborhood park for up to 12 years of age. Associated with the local Lions Club. Jungle gym, slides, swings, sand box and a small pavillion.

Sweet little park for kiddos. My 4-6-8 kiddos liked it but it seemed fine for the younger kids that here as well.

It needs Maintenance done to some of the equipment. They also are in need of more tier chips. For the play areas under the equipment.
