There is another post office which is much much closer, but I will drive the extra distance to go to the Cheswold USPS Post Office.”

“I called the main usps cust service number and the lady i spoke to was very kind and empathetic with me she was patient and really listened to my concern about my po box being closed and the issues i was having with paying my bill. she took notes and relayed my message directly to my post office in camden wyoming, delaware. she even went ahead and gave me the phone number where i could directly call the post office myself. within 24 hours, the supervisor of my post office in camden wyoming, delaware was so gentle spoken and kind. such a warm gentle welcoming tone in his voice and he was able to reference my request and concern. he took the time to place me hold to ask his team some questions to clarify and make sure he was getting the best answers for me. he came back on the phone and told me that they would be able to keep my box open as long as i had someone come in soon to pay it. i told him to give me a week and he said ok no problem. he even went ahead and told me that he supports my business and he has been following my business on social media. i asked him if miss val still worked there and he said yes so i asked him to tell her i said hello. its like my extended family there and i felt at ease that they were taking great care of my mail while i travel outside the country. i feel confident and satisfied to work with that team. super nice and supportive. love them so much!”
“Lenora or Lanora mail carrier delivers to my community on Hunter Run and she is meticulous, efficient, and courteous. When ever I see her, she always has a smile. I have had zero issues with my packages and any time I speak to her and ask her questions. She makes the time to address my concerns. I hope she will take over my community some day soon. We notice the difference when she is delivering the mail. My neighbors also have noticed. Kudos to her and the dedicated work to our community.”

“I agree with all the negative reviews about the Dover Post Office. For years I have been complaining to the Postmaster about getting everyone else's mail but my own. This played havoc with paying my bills on time. They even put a red sticker in my mailbox to alert the carrier to make sure he/she is putting in the correct mail. I finally gave up. All this was before my current carrier, Michele. She is wonderful and takes pride in her job. She is very attentive to making sure we all receive our own mail. The only problem I had was on her day off her sub, of course, gave me someone else's mail. I respect and appreciate Michele and her work ethic.”
