Larry & Lauren were wonderful to work with. We had issues securing financing based on the type of home we were buying & I was referred to 1st Capitol. After all of the roadblocks we encountered, Larry came though and made our purchase possible. He was very thorough & explained everything clearly and in a way that we understood. He answered any questions or concerns that we had and we knew we were in good hands. Lauren kept us informed throughout every step of the loan process and got us to closing quickly while ensuring everything was in order. I highly recommend 1st Capitol. I can't say enough good things about my experience with 1st Capitol! Larry and Lauren were communicative, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process.
I had been shopping rates between two lenders and even found a company that could match Larry and his team but ultimately I chose 1st Capitol because I didn't feel like a number. Larry took time to educate me on mortgage rates and answer any questions I had. At the same time, he was available to help outside of standard office hours.
I never felt lost in the process of financing my house because of Larry and Lauren's expertise and professionalism. In the future, when rates drop, I'll certainly refinance with Larry and the team at 1st Capitol.
