I have contacted several times with no response! Work was done on my current home purchase & this contractor approved "broken window seals" as "just dirty"!Also, did not complete an "entire" roof & gutter clean-off/out!

I dealt with the son who came out to my home for a quote to repair our deck. He pretty much said that our deck would need to be rebuilt and that it would be expensive to do this. He caused me to have major anxiety since he could not give me an idea of what expensive meant. He said he'd try to fix my deck and would give me a quote in a week. This all happened in April while the COVID-19 numbers in Delaware were high and everything was shut down.While he paced a bit about what to do, he asked to use my bathroom, which I could not believe that he asked that, took a dump in my bathroom and never contacted me back!!!! I ended up going with TJ Jones from TNT Construction. TJ came out and gave me a quote the same day, great deal too!

do not work with this company. the lies, the excuses, the changing of contracts, the lack of standing behind his work according to the contract. if you ever have problems from his construction you will have to pay. promises one thing until he has to come through then its always the manufactures fault. does not take responsibility or stand behind his contracts or his word. example: guareenteed 25 year roof has been replaced 3 times and i had to pay for the last one 3 years ago and it has failed again. answer: the shingles failed due to manufacturer. shouldn't have been my problem but he made it my problem and made me pay to repair. filed a complaint with the better business bureau and he lied to them leaving no recourse. consulted a lawyer and was told for the amount of money not worth pursuing due to the lawyers fees involved. still doesn't make it right. this last failure has caused extensive damage in one of the bedroom ceilings and that besides the roof now has to replaced as well.
