Very pleased with the service that Brandon and his son gave me with my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Check engine light had come on and my van would no longer go in reverse. I took her to my shop and once they put her on to be diagnosed, it came up with 4 P codes. Unfortunately, my shop does not deal with transmissions but they did tell me to reach out to Aamco. I tried reaching out on a Saturday to find out they were closed. I did the online book an appt and within 2 hours on Sat, Brandon had reached out, and suggested how to get the van to them. My van made it up to him by 1pm Monday. They called and agreed it was the trans. Chrysler had a transmission available and Mopar had the parts needed. I gave them the go ahead and Wednesday morning, of the same week, I was bringing my van home. You pay for what you get. This establishment is on point. I will definitely recommend them for transmission issues and they offer normal routine vehicle maintenance. You can trust them with your vehicle.

When my truck even confused it's maker at a large dealership, I was misdirected to a tire problem, so I went to the tire shop that I bought the tires from a year ago. They told me it wasn't the tires it was the transmission, what I thought and what the Dealership ruled out. So I was going to go to a different dealership for a 2nd opinion and the tire salesman told me to try AAMCO and to ask for Brandon. I called them and after explaining, they got me in right away and tested it, and ran diagnostics and told me it was definitely the transmission and offered up various plans to correct it taking in consideration time for parts, cost and well, cost. It wasn't cheap, but he told me the pros and cons of going the high road versus the low road. Then pointed out other things we could do (as long as we got the tab running that wasn't as urgent but were coming up fast. Parts were delayed a few days, but Brandon and his team were super about keeping me up to date and explaining every step of the way, not building up false hope or impossible deadlines. I just got my truck back and they did an amazing job. Some of the additional things were all part of the 100 mile tune up and I've had this truck for about 4 years 25,000 miles more or less and I can't tell you which of the 2 between the transmission or the handling and steering are more improved or impressive! Brandon will have all of my automotive business I can give him, it's about time I found excellent quality work that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! Thank you so much Team AAMCO!

My 2015 Mini was towed to the shop with suspected transmission issue. It was the closest shop so took a chance! I wish I was able to shop around! I was greeted by the son of the owner, he stated….very nice young man. My car was there for a longgg time. I feel the updates could have been better but they did update me on the status. I understood the trials and tribulations incurred during this repair! My thing is when I picked up my car it was so dirty.. the hood latch inside the car was disabled and just hanging. That was not how the car was brought there! I’m assuming I was speaking to the owner.. don’t recall his name. He pretty much argued me down about wear and tear.. eventually having the tech reattach it! That whole exchange left a not so pleasant impression. His attitude is what’s making this review a 3⭐️ I then noticed later after bringing car home and washing it, that during my car stay that it had been possibly side swiped bcs there were marks and a slight indentation the entire right side from front to rear side of vehicle.. can I prove it was done there nope just like I couldn’t prove the hood latch wasn’t broken. A month or so later I discovered when I had to open the hood a screw driver left in the engine bay of my vehicle! Who knows what may have happened if it became dislodged😡 Very disappointed especially after writing this review so will be taking it down to a 2⭐️ My suggestion take a picture of your vehicle or have a walk through before leaving your vehicle there!!! I 🙏🏾 I have no issues with the work that was completed but I still thank you for the service!!! Just do better!!

Everything we fine i heard some bad reviews about there service but i just went in for a diagnostic I get back in my car and my dash cam was unplugged. There should be no reason for the mechanic working on my car to unplug my camera when it’s not in the way of the transmission 😂

Brandon was the best he took very good care of me I have recommended him to other people already if I have any more problems I am going back there they are wonderful he diagnosed my car and had it fixed in one day and said come and get your car I was doing backflips in my old head at how quick the service was they are wonderful people and they treat you with respect and they don't beat you in the head with a price go visit Brandon he will take care of all of your needs hey Brandon it's the high blood pressure lady

Owner is very rude and a waste of peoples time. I called a couple days ago. They said they would do a job for me. I’ll bring it to the shop then they proceeded to try to upsell me something that I didn’t need done, then proceeded to tell me that I’m too much that I’m blowing everything out of proportion, but then would not show me where the problem is. “they were too busy “. I then proceeded with other further actions of I went corporate number. They said that they are franchise which, even as a franchise there is corporate they said they would do the job and proceeded not to do the job and told me to get off there a lot and to get my vehicle after a lot or they were towing it away. I would not recommend anybody to go here. The owner is very rude and very high strung on the way he does things and honestly if you want something done for $145 an hour rate you have a better chance going somewhere else or doing it yourself.
