Unprofessional. Difficult to work with. Worked with my insurance to try and total my vehicle by listing ridiculous things that did not need to be fixed - ex., hood has tiny bend that did not cause any safety or functionality concerns that a strong man with strong pliers could bend out and they said the hood had to be replaced. Will NEVER recommend to ANYONE for anything. Will actually warn people away from. They also refuse to perform any service on any vehicle once it is listed as Totaled. I had to go to another repair shop to replace my front bumper, headlights, and radiator - the only real damage.

The adjuster Cody was outstanding. Customer Service rep Charlene was excellent. I did not meet the technician who worked on the car, but the work was flawless. Very positive experience in having my car repaired at Caliber Collision.

My husband was side swiped in a parking lot and we brought the truck here to get a quote on fixing the paint. They told us the damage was superficial and would buff out pretty easily on our own. It absolutely did. Very thankful for their honesty when they could have taken advantage.

One of the greatest I have had with a repair to my car. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I will never go anywhere else. They are patient knowledgeable and fast . The techs working on the cars knows exactly what they are doing.
