I had a great experience at Ace Hardware! The store was spotless and well-organized, which made it easy to find exactly what I needed. What stood out was the customer service, every employee I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values cleanliness and customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

So I come to this ACE pretty frequently. One of the two same ladies working the register and I have 2 small brackets without the receipt and want to do a simple exchange. She first tells me yeah without a receipt we can only do an exchange. And I say perfect. That’s what I’m here for. Then she says we don’t do exchanges. Needless to say this ace is going on the blackout list. Over 6 or 7 bucks. You just lost another customer that’s been with ace for 47 years. And Since I owe zero on my Ace Hardware, I will close that account. And that’s OK if I get a few points taken off my credit for closing an account.

What a great local hardware store. They may not have 100 aisles or everything the bigbox Hardware store have and some items might be a few dollars more. However, to me, Ace has overall a more knowledgeable staff. Plus, they are locally owned, and I will always go there first so my dollars go to people and not investors in giant corporations.

We were looking for wood for our fireplace. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Even thanking me profusely when I returned my cart to the store. They never do that in those larger hardware stores! Shopping here is always a pleasure.
