Minimum staff on a busy spring Saturday morning dealing with rentals. The truck I had was in rough shape, driver door not sealing at the top, at least it wasn’t raining. AC did not work well. Would never rent there for a long trip, no confidence the vehicle would make it.

I rented a pickup truck from U-Haul and was very satisfied. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive. The rental process was quick and hassle-free. The prices were also quite reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable service!

Easy access to storage units and very clean. However, when it comes to using a padlock, if you are using a combination padlock with numbers at the bottom, it is hard to twist it up to see and position the numbers because of the design of the sliding bolt.

It's 24 hour access it's clean the price isn't out sky high The office people are very nice and friendly that's about it for now.

The app was not working properly and they find ways to get money from you. I returned the truck between 6-7am and they stated I returned the truck at 824am. I will not do remote pick or use this U-Haul location ever.

We have rented from this location twice in the past 2 months. We live out of state and making a reservation, picking up our rentals and returning them went seamlessly. The owner happened to be there after hours and helped us get our truck. Jennifer was friendly and helpful when we rented a trailer- even though there were 2 other customers she was also handling right before closing.

The woman in the office is rude both in person and on the phone. Also double charged our debit card and was nastier when calling to find out what is going on. Will never use them again. Will definitely use another uhaul dealer from now on.
