The staff member was very helpful in offering suggestions when I had questions about removing items from my storage unit. I was pleased with how pleasant and how she listened to what I was saying and came up with a solution.

Borderline fraudulent!!! I used this place for a while and when I stopped, I gave them notice. I paid with auto debit and they kept collecting my monthly fee, even after I moved out. I've called and called and they just keep giving me excuses why they haven't credited my account.
