I brought my car in for electrical diagnostics after bringing it to the dealer twice for the same issue. They resolved the issue on the first visit and texted me a few days later to follow up. Very satisfied with their integrity and customer service.

RPM Auto saved our lives ! We were traveling from Virginia to Vermont and were experiencing some major wheel vibrations ! They told us to bring it right in as they didn't want us to travel like that ! It ended up all but one of our lug nuts were completely loose while the other was holding on by a thread ! If we had traveled any further we would have lost our tire ! God Bless them for being there for us in this time of distress ! I wish I lived closer as I would never bring my vehicle anywhere else ! Thank you RPM !

Great staff, Good pricing! Bought a new to me SUV failed inspection they got me in that day, repaired my suv and i was able to take it back through inspection that day! GOOD WORK!

There service stinks they had my truck for two weeks and the brakes in my truck still have air in the line and still my exhaust still isn’t complete I paid 1160 for them to do everything and the said I needed a computer and other things and the guy working on my truck wasn’t even an employee shady people here stay away

Had my truck two weeks to get my brake line and exhaust done then the guy never called to tell me the guy working on my stuff was no longer working for them and that he wasn’t an employee I paid 1160 dollars before the truck was even done like what kind of Business are you running real sketchy people and the whole reason I found out was because I was supposed to get a refund for some of the things that were not done and schedule when I can have my exhaust put back together so I’ll see you in court my friend

I have a been a customer of RPM for many years. I have a Chrysler 300C and a Cadillac Escalade Ext truck, Chris had always given me great service on all my repairs. But most of all it is always done right and if for any reason you have to return for a problem he will get right on it. If you are looking for a good place to service you car RPM is the place to go. Bieng an HR away I called a day before to inform them I would be there to look over a vehicle. I came with cash in hand ready to buy. The title to car ws supposedly at his house. So they wouldn't sell me the vehicle. For my inconvenience. We agreed the car would be delivered the next day and price would be reduced. I informed him I was heavily reliant on transportation having 2 jobs and other responsibilities and... I txt and I call I get no response back no update about what's going on. And I will be missing more work bcus I passed on another vehicle that was available elsewhere because we had an agreement..

Went in for brake issue and was very pleased with the experience I had with All Star. They don't try to up sell me anything but only the stuff my car needs. I got an appointment the same morning and the work got done before noon. The price is reasonable and they fixed my bumper dent for me for free. Bobby is friendly and pleasant to deal with. This autoshop is def underrated and I recommend people in Dover area give it a try!

These guys maintain everything from my wife's Twin Turbo BMW 550 to my old diesel dump truck. Their shop foreman TEACHES TECHNICIANS on military bases around the world once a month, and writes technical bulletins for manufacturers. Right here in Dover DE. The crew at All Start Automotive are top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They do not try to sell something you do not need. I carry a very tight schedule and they have always bent over backward to work within that schedule. I recommend them for luxury vehicles, domestics, and foreign models as well. They are truly Kent County's best from my perspective.
