Recently called the bank to find out how much notice I would need to give the bank to withdrawl 20K out of my account for a motorhome I was going to purchase ( buyer said he would only accept cash...) I was told by the bank that they would only give out 3K per day. I never heard that rule before. I have filed a complaint with the FCU CAC.

Amazing service! The tellers are welcoming and kind with smiles on their faces. They provide fast service and enlightening to meet throughout my time being at the credit union. They give out great energy for the rest of my day when I come into the lobby. I will be coming here for the years to come.

They gave me somebody else’s money…. They had a security breech then my debit card was compromised… took them over a month to ship me a new one! Took $20 out of my account for “overdraft fees” when I didn’t overdraw…and then was told and yelled at by the “boss” severely dissatisfied…

Stopped by earlier and there was a sign on the door that shared services were only available in the drive thru. Not very welcoming and then I pulled up, and only one teller inside, and he's all chatting it up with a customer using his hands, it was a lot-doin the most.. then another car pulls up and I tell her I've been waiting and she just pushes the call button so he speaks with her first, even though I had been there a few minutes cuz there were no deposit slips in the silver box or the plastic thingy. Anyway, I got what I needed but yeah y'all could do better. First, maybe allow shared services to come in, it would've ensured I got attention first instead of the other car -- and waiting, and it seems more welcoming. This is the first ever shared branch asking shared customers to go outside. Not cool. And then yeah, maybe have more than one teller? Or one that is also paying attention to the drive thru instead of chatting it up like a show host ; ) he knows who he is.. all jazz hands and what not ; )all due respect but efficiency is the name of the cash game. Please and thank you!

Great bank, but can't reach anyone by phone. Website says open til 4:30 but I'm calling at 3:45 to receive VM that they are closed. Tried calling around 10:30 AM and was on hold for over 15 minutes.

I overdrew the account I never used and I decided to pay off the interest and close my account. When arriving, I gave them my debit card. "We only take cash" the teller said. And he called the manager to say that they don't take debit cards. This isn't the sixties anymore I don't have any cash. So inconvenient.

It is truly a "Great Day at American Spirit" I am very happy with the customer service, community relations and the desire to be a positive presents in the area. I am very taken with their ability to mold their services to the needs of those they serve. This is not a cookie cutter financial facility but a needs based operation. You have a need they will do their best to accommodate you. I am happy to be a member and will gladly say they are the financial facility for you as well.
