Please whatever you do save your time from coming here! My experience was AWLFUL! I decided to get internet with them! They got money from my account twice in one month, on top of that the other payment came up to $566 after I was told my amount will be billed the same every month! Just completely lies! Then i decided to returned their internet equipment , they saying they don’t accept it after 14 days! Oh and I’ll have some fees to pay! I asked how much they said $200 after taking my $566 like be FORREAL! They make u wait for a long period of time to the point they just doing it on PURPOSE! Completely ridiculous!

Took a long time to get waited on, then they wouldn't sell me a phone without activating a new account. I had just shattered my old phone so i only needed a replacement. Claimed inventory was low and they couldn't let a phone go without a new plan.

I went into AT&T yesterday April 3rd at 7:00pm. I went in with my fiancé to take her off of her mother’s plan and onto mine. My rep Dorian did the transfer process incorrectly so I had to wait on the phone for over 2 HOURS with AT&T to get this issue resolved. He did not reset the ESIM or reset the phone after transfer so AT&T threatened to charge me over $200 for "exceeding my 5G usage" but I had an unlimited plan that never activated due to his negligence. If you go be careful about transfers, it is easier to just do it on the phone.

Had a bad phone issue , tried to work it out with the tech department. Went into the store had a pleasant and up front conversation with an associate who helped me resolve my problem .

The representative who helped me was named Charles. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and his product knowledge was second to none. He got right down to business and wasn't trying to sell me on anything I did not want. I would recommend anyone to come in and speak with Charles. He will take excellent care of you

This store scams you to make slaes. Spend 3hrs in the store when you just want one thing because they want to get that sale. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE! go to 137 Jerome Dr. Ste 160b Dover Delaware. Speak with Jason or the store manager for honest service!
