If I could give them a zero star I would! Don’t ever go to this store they scam people. I traded my 13pro max for a 15pro max but my old phone was never traded it in the system. He store my phone than made it seem like I never traded it in. His name is JAKE a the manager he steals phones don’t go here!

Been there twice now left disappointed both times. Service is painfully slow. Help is zero help at all, giving wrong information, and then told to call 611.
November 2024
I needed to buy 5 phones and a new tablet. Drove all the way here. Store supposed to close at 7. Arrived at 5:40. The place is locked. All the lights on. No employee in sight. Guess they don't want the business. Smh
